Focusing on fresh seafood in a multitude of forms, DEEP’s menu offers seafood platters for two alongside whole roasted fish and quick meals to go. A selection of fifteen small dishes showcases less commonplace species of seafood and shellfish imported direct from Lake Vanerne in West Sweden.
